Dr. Finn is a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon specializing in advanced spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques, spinal decompressions, fusions, and complex cervical and lumbar procedures. With a strong background in both neurological, complex spine and cranial surgery, he is dedicated to providing patient-centered care that focuses on improving function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.

Dr. Finn collaborates closely with his patients, helping them navigate the best treatment options to achieve the best possible outcomes. His expertise includes the application of innovative surgical approaches in the treatment of complex spinal conditions. He has performed research in spinal biomechanics, clinical outcomes, surgical techniques and new technologies. Dr. Finn has been awarded several spine related patents which is testament to his innovative nature.

A recognized leader in spine surgery, Dr. Finn earned his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He then completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Utah and pursued a fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Before joining Midwest Spine & Brain Institute, he served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he played a key role in clinical research and surgical education.
